Yes, the eSIM for China does include a built-in VPN feature. Here's how it works:
When you activate the eSIM, it connects to a local Mobile Network Operator (MNO) such as China Unicom to ensure network connectivity within China. However, to bypass the Great Firewall of China and access websites and services like Facebook, Instagram, Gmail, Google services, WhatsApp, and more, the internet traffic is routed through a server located in a nearby country.
This routing allows users to enjoy internet access akin to their home country, without being restricted by China's internet censorship policies. In essence, the built-in VPN feature enables seamless and unrestricted access to a wide range of online services while in China.

1. What is Unsued Data Credit?
Unused data credit is accumulated when users do not fully utilize their data allocation within a specified time period.
2. What is the CREDIT VALIDITY period?
The CREDIT VALIDITY period refers to the duration during which data credit remains valid for use. This period begins when the user starts using the internet and ends when the specified number of days is reached.
3. What happens to unused credit when the CREDIT VALIDITY period ends?
Any unused credit remaining at the end of the CREDIT VALIDITY period is typically lost.
4. Example of Data Credit usage?
Let's consider an eSIM plan for Europe with 10GB of data valid for 30 days. If a user activates the eSIM on April 1st and starts using the internet, the CREDIT VALIDITY period begins. They have until April 30th to utilize the 10GB data allocation. If they only use 9GB by April 30th, the remaining 1GB will be lost.
5. What about the expired date of the eSIM?
The expired date of the eSIM refers to the maximum date by which the eSIM must be installed or activated. It does not necessarily coincide with the end of the CREDIT VALIDITY period. Users should ensure they activate the eSIM and start using the internet before the expiration date to benefit from the allocated data.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS
We provide a full secure payment process (through Paypal, ComNpay and Apple Pay).
You can pay by card through ComNPay, Paypal and ApplePay.
SETTING UP YOUR eSIM
The eSIM data plan begins the moment you download it on your phone. Remember that once you activate the eSIM, the number of days remaining on the plan will start to decrease. That's why we recommend doing it just before you leave. Never download your eSIM connected to the WIFI of an airplane or with connection sharing.
No, you cannot install the same eSIM on multiple devices. Your eSIM can only be installed on one device, and only once. This means that once you remove the eSIM from your device, it will not be possible to install it again.
If you use up all your data before the end of the days of validity includeed in your plan, your eSIM won't work anymore. The same happens after the limit of days passes. If you need more data, the best option is to buy another eSIM or recharge yours.
UPeSIM eSIMs are only valid for a certain number of days. If you still have data after the limit passes, it will be lost.

If you are in good coverage and tried everything else, you can always try a full power-down restart and see if that helps.

Expired eSIM refers to eSIM profiles that have been deleted or removed from a device due to inactivity or expiration. Specifically, an eSIM profile becomes expired if it has not been used or topped up/recharged within a certain timeframe, typically 60 days.
In the App interface, these expired eSIM profiles are typically displayed in grey, distinguishing them from active ones. This visual cue helps users identify which eSIM profiles are no longer active due to deletion.
